PatronPal is a cost effective solution that breaks new ground in functionality and benefits for retailers. Operating on standard Windows-based point-of-sale equipment, PatronPal offers a “no transaction cost” model that enables any business implement cost-effective gift and loyalty card programs.

  • Limited investment. With our simple and up-front prices, you will implement a gift/loyalty card program and control your costs.
  • No special equipment. PatronPal operates with standard Windows-based PCs, standard bar code scanners or magnetic stripe readers, and receipt printers. You don’t have to reprogram your credit card machine or buy special equipment.
  • No transaction fees. Banks or other third-party processors may charge 25 to 30 cents per transaction, plus a monthly subscription fee. With PatronPal, there are no transaction fees.
  • No contracts. Banks and other third-party card processors may require a long-term contract to use their proprietary service. Even if you’re in a position to discontinue their service, it may not be possible if you have a large number of outstanding cards. With PatronPal, you’ve already paid for the software license and you own the data… you’re in charge.
  • Gift and loyalty cards. PatronPal lets you handle both gift cards and loyalty cards within a single application. You can even combine the two and even offer merchandise return cards on a single card and program.
  • Flexible reporting. PatronPal lets you select from pre-defined reports and create custom reports at any time. PatronPal report help you identify customers and their buying/visitation habits for future marketing campaigns.
 
 

Gift Card Features
 
Activate a gift card from your on-site inventory using built-in PatronPal features. Since PatronPal cards are not pre-denominated, you can assign the amount you need, when you need it. 
Redeem a gift card. You can deduct value from a gift card when a customer purchases a product or service. The system generates a printed receipt that shows the value left on the card, if any. You can deactivate a card if the balance is used. 
Add value to an existing gift card. The customer can reuse a gift or stored value card by purchasing additional value for it. This value can be any amount of the customer’s choosing. 
Check the balance of card PatronPal’s very flexible solution upports both gift, loyalty, and other stored value card concepts. For example, it is easy to tell whether the customer's balance represents $20 of paid value or a Merchandise Return Credit value. 
Issue merchandise credit. This is similar to adding value to a gift card, and is used for merchandise returns in lieu of cash refunds. 
Review captured information such as: optional invoice number, system-generated transaction ID, cashier number (for reporting, security, and managing employee promotions). 
Store Summary Reports Make reconciliation of sales a snap. PatronPal end-of-day reports put you in control of monitoring the impact prepaid sales have on your cash drawer.

Loyalty Card Features

 

PatronPal lets you:

Track the number of visits and amount spent per customer/card. 
Capture customer demographics and preferences and associate them with a loyalty card. Capture your customer’s address, e-mail, and other information such as date birth for use in personalized service and targeted promotions. 
Define the number of points earned per dollar spent and define the loyalty offers available for redemption. Offers are communicated to the customer through printed receipts or point of purchase merchandising. 
Enter an invoice number and associate it with a transaction. 
Set up tiered promotions, so you can specify a number of points at which to automatically offer a reward on the customer receipt. 
Print custom messages on the customer receipt.
